2. Non-Refundable Payments
  • Advance payments, booking amounts, or project initiation fees are non-refundable.

  • Payments made for services already delivered (such as completed designs, development work, or shared source files) are non-refundable.

  • Custom digital services once started cannot be reversed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • If the project is cancelled by Friendly Developer before work begins.

  • In case of duplicate or excess payment due to a technical or payment gateway error.

  • If a cancellation request is made before the project work has started.

4. Cancellations & Project Changes
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing within the agreed timeline.

  • Changes in project scope after approval may affect timelines and costs.

  • Delays caused due to late content, approvals, or non-cooperation from the client do not qualify for refunds.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method.

  • Payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Change of mind.

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes where services have been delivered as agreed.

  • Violation of terms, misuse of services, or policy breaches by the client.
